Asset registers

OMN.i offers various models for asset register provision and maintenance, ranging from managing sophisticated Asset Management Systems like MRI Vault and Console. OMN.i is able to manage any clients Asset Management system, the preferred solution is MRI due to its seamless integration with the Microsoft ERP, which is currently being rolled out throughout our business.

OMN.i has developed a comprehensive framework of plans, policies, and procedures to embed risk management within the organisation. Business continuity planning is a critical component of this framework, aimed at identifying and mitigating risks where feasible and preparing for uncontrollable risks. The disaster recovery strategy is regularly updated to reflect changing risks and lessons learned, such as those from recent COVID-19 responses.

To safeguard data security and privacy, clients cannot directly access data within the infrastructure. However, reporting capabilities across all platforms allow for data transfer via SFTP or similar tools at the client’s desired frequency. Reported data is masked and de-identified to protect tenant privacy. This approach enhances security and ensures compliance with relevant data protection regulations, mitigating risks associated with unauthorised access.
